Computer Sciences Corp has sold its CSC Compufact turnkey manufacturing systems integrator to Madic Corp of Santa Clara for an undisclosed sum: the Garden Grove-based unit will become part of Madic-Compufact Corp with annual sales of $16m and over 300 Prime Computer-based installations in the US, Canada, Australia.
