The French consultancy group Bossard Consultants SA is to take a 20% share in Swedish counterparts SIAR AB, with a view to complete acquisition within a year, reports Agence France Presse: for the moment, however, this will mean that the new Bossards is capitalised at around $83m and has a total of 650 consultants; Bossards has been particularly interested in the Swedish firm since SIAR entered the US and Far Eastern consultancy markets.
