Monolithic Memories Inc has reported third quarter net profits down 63.8% at $1.3m after a gain of $1.5m from settlement of litigation, on turnover up 13.0% at $58.3m; nine-month net rose 76.3% to $8.9m after a net gain of $6.8m from sale of shares in Cypress Semiconductor, on turnover up 18.5% at $158.4m. Net earnings per share, off 65% to $0.06 in the quarter, 60% to $0.40 in the nine months.
