Jacada, a provider of customer experience management and process optimisation offerings for customer service operations, has released a new version of WinFuse, which supports non-invasive integration with Oracle Forms and the .Net framework, expanding the product’s application integration capabilities and reducing the need for extraneous custom coding.
According to Jacada, the WinFuse service enablement and desktop automation system, first introduced by the company in 2004, allows Windows client/server and web applications to be service enabled and helps organisations unify multiple applications into one desktop presentation, improving efficiency and accuracy by eliminating redundant data entry, and resulting in streamlined business processes.
The company said that the WinFuse 5.5 retains its capabilities to facilitate the acceptance of service-oriented architectures (SOA) and participation within the context of an event driven architecture (EDA, i.e. event publishing).
Richard Stern, senior vice president of global marketing at Jacada, said: “Jacada is dedicated to continued innovation in customer experience optimisation solutions.
“This release of Jacada WinFuse expands our market reach and provides a viable, cost-effective solution for those customers burdened by application complexity on their customer service desktop that are looking for a simplified yet dynamic interface.”
