BlueLock, a provider of cloud computing and managed IT services, has unveiled CloudSuite, a set of cloud computing offerings, which includespublic computing options BlueLock vCloud Express, Virtual Cloud Professional and Virtual Cloud Enterprise that offer users a range from self-service to tailored enterprise environments.

The company said that the CloudSuite also delivers virtual private cloud offerings that can be secured on-premise or off-premise. Each computing offering is based on VMware virtualisation technology to ensure compatibility across all VMware platforms inside and outside of BlueLock’s environments.

According to BlueLock, the vCloud Express is suitable for test and development teams, startup environments as well as departmental needs;Virtual Cloud Professional is suitable for clients who need a production environment hosted and managed by outside professionals; and Virtual Private Cloud is an encapsulated private cloud environment that can be installed at a user’s datacentre or inside the BlueLock facility.

John Qualls, president and CEO, BlueLock said: “As our clients have continued to push us to offer different classes of cloud services, we’ve realised one size does not fit all when it comes to cloud computing.

“The BlueLock CloudSuite was developed with the understanding that every application has different needs, so rather than force-fitting your application into a cloud, you can pick and choose the right solution for higher efficiency and performance at the right price.”
