Hungary has called in Alan Bond’s Bond Corp Holdings Pty Ltd to take management and operational control, and the Perth, Western Australia company says it has signed a preliminary agreement for a 50-50 joint venture with Co-opinvest, Budapest to build and operate a system compatible with the pan-European digital standards, with capacity of 50,000 subscribers.
