Apollo Computer Inc has withdrawn the protest it filed with the General Accounting Office after the Maryland Procurement Office awarded a workstations contract to Unisys Defense Systems: Apollo was drast-ically undercut by Unisys bidding Sun Microsystems workstations, but it now says an agreement has been reached allowing only the original products bid, at the original bid prices, to be provided; Apollo is also withdrawing a related suit filed in US District Court, Boston.
