AT&T Microelectronics has three new board-mounted power modules for telecommunictions applications, the ME005A, ME005BK, and ME025ABK. The ME005A provides a regulated 5V DC output, the ME005BK has a dual plus or minus 12V DC output; both have a maximum power rating of 5W at full load and are designed for use in telecommunications, digital circuits, distributed power architecture, PABXs, and voice and data multiplexing applications. The MEO25ABK delivers 25W to three outputs – 5V, 12V and -12V – and is designed for use in local power distribution, telecommunications, digital circuits, or distributed power architecture applications. The AT&T unit says all three modules operate from a nominal 48V DC input, and meet US Federal Communications Commission Class A emission requirements.
