AppExtremes, a developer of Conga Suite for Salesforce CRM, has unveiled Conga Extremes, which adds batch operations and automated workflow for document creation and reporting to Conga Composer.
The company said that the new additions enhance reporting, document creation and workflow options on Salesforce.com’s AppExchange. The Conga Suite provides ways to create and distribute documents and reports using Salesforce data. The Conga Extremes address customer requests, including being able to create documents in mass; automate processes or worksteps; and handle multi-language deployments.
According to AppExtremes, the new Conga Extremes features include, the Conga Conductor that enhances productivity with batch processing; the Conga Workflow that automates document generation and reporting processes; the Conga QuickMerge, which provides an alternative launch pad for Conga Composer and Conga Mail Merge operations; the Conga Template Manager that enables administrators to take control of template libraries; and the Conga Query Manager which gives customers enhanced access to data in Salesforce and solves multi-language deployment issues.
In addition to the Conga Extremes options, the Conga Suite includes Conga Composer that allows Salesforce users to create documents and reports using the data. Also included are the Conga Courier that allows users to schedule reports and automatically get them emailed to anyone and finally the Conga Mail Merge which enables Salesforce users to create and print documents, mailing labels and envelopes from Salesforce CRM.
