Computer Consoles Inc formally became an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of STC Plc on Friday: the American Stock Exchange has suspended trading in the Waltham, Massachusetts company’s shares, but its 7.75% convertible subordinated debentures will continue to be traded on the American Exchange.
