BUILDER BOUYGUES BUYS INTO IBM’s ITALIAN VENTURE

Construction company Bouygues SA, Paris, which has a joint venture on intelligent buildings with IBM France SA, has bought a 40% stake in Boselli Systemi from Pirelli SpA, Milan, reducing the tyre-maker’s stake to 10%; IBM Italia holds the other 50%.
