Dun & Bradstreet Software has announced its new executive committee with MSA founder John Imlay chairman and chief executive; Michael Hunt is executive vice-president of international operations, Doug MacIntyre is executive vice-president of US operations, Bill Evans is executive vice-president & chief finance officer; and Jim Henderson, is executive vice president of marketing and technology; all four come from the MSA stable; the executive vice-president of development & customer services is Hank Holland, who resigned from McCormack & Dodge in September 1989, and subsequently worked for Price Waterhouse; Dean Redfern, also McCormack & Dodge, is executive vice-president and general manager, Natick operations; Ed Kane is vice-president, quality; James Alberg, previously with McCormack & Dodge, is vice-president and general counsel.
