Telligent has released the version 3.0 of Telligent Analytics, a social analytics software (previously called Harvest Reporting Server) which includes enhancements around web analytics, topic discussion and community-user analysis.

Telligent claims that with the new reporting capabilities, the new software allows organisations to understand user engagement both inside and outside of the organisation through social, web and listening tools, providing an integrated 360-degree view of connections and user activities.

According to Telligent, the new version features include: web analytics layered over social analytics; ability to identify changes or anomalies in conversations, monitor topic relevance, and measure ‘brand buzz’; and user identification analysis.

Telligent said that within the enterprise, the new version 3.0 provides actionable data on internal collaboration initiatives to assist adoption of social computing tools, identifying subject matter experts and influencers, and understanding internal collaboration activities.

Outside of the enterprise, the new version 3.0 helps to show the value of online communities by measuring time-to-solution rates, analysing user contributions, indicating trends and enabling managers to share reports and learn from customer conversations, the company said.

In addition, the new version 3.0 comes with new features to identify influencers within groups, and expanded reporting functionality to enhance organisational decision-making, the company said.
