The UK branch of Tustin, California-based services company Cerplex Group Inc has acquired the assets of Techtol Holdings Ltd, a repair shop for automatic teller machines, on undisclosed terms. A new site in Leeds will add to the company’s existing ATM service businesses in Lille, France and Boston, Massachusetts.
