Amdahl Corp’s DMR Trecom Inc professional services company is always delighted to please come to Boston, and it needed no second bidding to move in and acquire Kelley & Co, which specialises in services in financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing and distribution and other vertical markets. The company was wholly-owned by William Kelley and Andrew Campbell, but terms of the acquisition agreement have not been disclosed. Kelley & Co has one office in Boston, and DMR Trecom was keen to acquire it to give a significant boost to its presence in Boston market. Trecom does already have an office in Boston, and the Kelley staff will be moving into it.
