Network product testing tools company LANQuest Inc, Fremont, California, has launched LANQuest InterView, a Web-based proactive network diagnostics tool. InterView combines network monitoring, live traffic simulation and analysis, and can also be used to verify, identify and isolate network traffic problems. The software, which runs on Windows NT-based personal computers, will be available next month, with prices starting at around $9,900 for a version supporting eight local area network segments. The price includes InterView Server for Windows NT, InterView Sentries for managing up to eight segments, support for multiple Web browser manager consoles, plus up to four hours of on-line consultancy.
