Comdisco Inc, Rosemont, Illinois has acquired the assets and contracts of Exchange Resources Inc, a disaster recovery services company, for $2m cash. Exchange Resources specializes in backing up computer systems on trading floors in the financial services industry; it filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy papers on September 12. It is running at an annual $4.2m and has bases in Rutherford, New Jersey, and in Minnetonka, Minnesota.
