HP has unveiled new application quality offerings, which it claims to help organisations realise the benefits of application modernisation through increased business agility and reduced time to market.
The company claims that the new HP Service Test Management 10.5 (HP STM 10.5) and the enhanced HP Functional Testing 10.0 advance application modernisation allows clients to focus on application quality while improving performance between development and quality assurance teams.
According to HP, the STM 10.5 helps clients improve quality earlier in the testing life cycle, enabling quicker response to development changes. Built on HP Quality Center, it also increases testing efficiency as well as overall throughput of application components and shared services.
The HP Functional Testing 10.00, with the new Web 2.0 Feature Pack and Extensibility Accelerator, provides support for dynamic Web 2.0 applications and enables testing any rich internet applications technology with a single product,the company said.
The new offerings are part of HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) portfolio, which is a key component of HP’s Application Transformation offerings that help clients assess their application portfolio, select and execute the right modernisation strategy and ensure the effectiveness of its ongoing operations.
In addition, HP also offers business services that include a combination of professional services for testing center-of-excellence design and implementation, along with services delivered through testing centres in the HP Best Shore global delivery network.
