Electronic financial transfers company Comdata Network Inc is to merge into a limited partnership controlled by the New York venture capital firm of Wells, Carson, Anderson & Stowe in a deal worth $285.6m; Comdata holders get the choice of either $15 a share cash, or $10 cash and paper valued at $5.
