Toshiba Corp has added two new models in its A4-size Dynabook series of hand-held computers, the Dynabook 02E with a 2.5 20Mb hard disk, an external floppy drive and an 80C86 CPU, and priced at $2,300; and the Dynabook 021 model with a hard disk drive and a floppy drive, both internal, a 80C286 CPU and a price tag of $3,435, for delivery next month; later in the year, Toshiba also plans to come out with the Dynastation, a version of the Dynabook for people wanting to keep in touch with the office data input at the customer site can be uploaded to the central mainframe; Toshiba also plans a 80386 version of the product with a 32Kb cache memory, and the world’s fastest speed for a laptop, in April.
