C Itoh America has acquired a 10% interest in Nova-Net Communications Inc, the Englewood, Colorado, supplier of satellite data communications networks using Very Small Aperture Terminals: C Itoh has a three-year-old joint venture with Hughes Aircraft Inc and Mitsui Trading Co that is planning to launch two Japanese satellites in 1988 and 1989.
