And AICorp Inc has signed a letter of intent with Carnegie Group Inc that would allow it to license the technology currently being developed by the Initiative for Managing Knowledge Assets, and is investigating the contractual agreements under which AICorp could participate in the development contract: Carnegie Group is one of the founding participants of the initiative,formed to develop a next generation software technology that will enable them to capture corporate knowledge and manage it as an asset (CI No 1,412); AICorp believes it could integrate the development with its Knowledge Base Management System; the initiative was launched in April by Carnegie with DEC, Ford Motor Co, Texas Instruments Inc and US West Advanced Technologies Inc.
