British Telecommunications Plc has announced ISDN links with Australia, Denmark, Belgium, the Netherlands and Sweden, bringing its international ISDN connections to eight: connections with Germany, Finland, Singapore and Hong Kong are planned for the end of the year and will take the number of countries linked to the digital network to 12; ISDN is not yet available throughout the UK but Telecom says its ISDN2 service will be commercially available in all UK business centres by the end of 1991.
