Computer Sciences Corp, El Segundo, California has completed – on undisclosed terms – its previously announced acquisition of CIG Intersys Group and its subsidiaries from Societe Generale de Belgique, SA and Generale de Banque SA of Brussels: the largest computer services organisation in Belgium, CIG-Intersys had turnover of $85m in 1988, excluding an electronic banking network service not in the sale.
