LeadMaster, a provider of cloud computing customer relationship management offerings, announced the addition of ’round-robin’ lead management software.

The company said that its CRM application has been deployed via Software as a Service (SaaS) so the new round-robin lead management software is available to all its users.

According to the company, its round-robin lead management offering allows its customers to assign new sales leads to a team of sales people. The leads are distributed one per sales team member in a prescribed order. The round-robin lead management product allows sales leads to be spread out among sales representatives.

Russell King, CEO of LeadMaster, said: With the round-robin lead management software, the goal is to automate the process of lead distribution. Our round-robin sales lead management process saves our users time.

The round-robin lead management system is also claimed to provide an alternate lead distribution option to business partners and allow changing the delivery priority with each incoming lead. The new system reportedly allows for the incorporation of business rules and filtering.
