Computer Sciences Corp, El Segundo, California says it is in negotiation of final agreements to acquire three firms in the consulting and computer services fields with combined turnover of about $42m: the three are Cleveland Consulting Associates Inc, currently owned by Saatchi & Saatchi Plc, privately-held LPS Inc in Minneapolis; and consultancy Inforem Ltd in the UK.
