John Cullinane, 52, has announced that he will resign his posts as chairman and a director of the diversifying IBM mainframe software company he founded back in 1967. Cullinane says he will be leaving Cullinet Software Inc with effect from the annual meeting in September, but will consult for the firm two days a week. He is looking for a firm in a traditional industry.
