The Peterborough Software subsidiary of insurance broker C E Heath Plc is set to benefit from Management Science America’s financial woes. The two are scheduled to announce today that payroll specialist Peterborough is to assume the development and marketing of MSA’s payroll and personnel packs worldwide bar North and South America.
