Computer Memories Inc and Hemdale Film Corp have revised their merger agreement so that, if approved, the former disk drive maker would now acquire the film company in exchange for shares representing 74% of the expanded equity after the pay-off of the plaintiffs who just settled a class-action suit with Computer Memories: no date has yet been set for shareholders to vote.
