Automatic Data Processing Inc, the big Roseland, New Jersey, service bureau has acquired German payroll and accounting services provider Taylorix AG. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed but Taylorix has annual revenue of about $40m, and claims to have some 9,000 clients in Germany for its payroll and accounting services.
