Ameritech Corp expects to re-file its application with regulators to become the first Baby Bell to enter the long distance telephone market by the end of March. The Chicago-based carrier was forced to withdraw its landmark request earlier this month after the US Federal Communications Commission said that key documents filed were flawed.
