Buyers who rush to buy the Blade Runner game when it comes out in November will be able to take part in an additional teaser: spot the defunct corporation. Based on the cult 1982 film, the action takes place in 2019 but the movie-makers’ gifts of prophecy are not at the same heights as their creative talents. According to the Times, there is a logo for Koss headphones (bankrupt in 1984), Bell Telephone (broken up by the US government) and RCA (taken over by General Electric).
