Comshare Inc, Ann Arbor, Michigan-based developer of client/server decision support applications, has named Dennis Ganster president and chief executive officer. Ganster, who has been with Comshare since 1972, replaces T.Wallace Wrathall, who resigned for what the company says were personal reasons and a belief that new leadership is needed. Recent financial results bear out that belief, as Comshare has seen net losses for its last five fiscal quarters.
