TelCentris, the developer of universal communicator service VoxOx, has launched its new version VoxOx 2, currently in beta.

TelCentris said that the new version comes with advanced voice features, including inbound/outbound calling capabilities; a Personal Assistant which answers, screens calls, also routes callers based on individual preferences, blocks unwanted callers and plays custom ringback tones; call forwarding; ‘one-number-follow-me service’; and call recording.

According to the company, VoxOx 2 also includes two-way texting from the user’s VoxOx phone number; instant messaging (IM) integration for Skype, Facebook and MySpace, all in one interface; social networking support for Twitter, Facebook, MySpace; telephony services featuring ‘dial out’ capability from a computer, landline or mobile phone, along with a free phone number; two-way faxing capability allowing users to send and receive faxes with any fax machine.

The new version also features ‘Meta address book’ which combines contacts from all of a user’s communications networks in a single interface with full syncing of all data into the cloud for access from any location.
