Sausalito, California-based Autodesk Inc says that Image Systems Technology Inc is the latest Autodesk Strategic Developer and that the company’s Rasterware software will mean that AutoCAD users will be able to display satellite photographs directly on the AutoCAD screen, overlay an existing map on top of the photo and then trace over the photograph and revise the map in any way to provide an accurate source of up-to-date digital maps for any location in the world.
