Cincinnati Bell Inc has completed its purchase of the WATS Marketing of America arm of First Data Corp, paying $63m for the telephone marketing company, which will be merged with Cincinnati Bell’s Matrix Marketing services unit; the price could rise to $87.5m depending on the business’s future performance.
