Founder of Chipcom Corp, Dr Yoseph Linde, is to resign as an officer of the company on or about March 1 to investigate establishing a new organisation specialising on the development of low-cost, low-end networking products: Chipcom will transfer some assets and technology rights to the new venture in exchange for an equity position; also, Chipcom will retain rights to some of the products to be developed by the new company.
