Garden City, New York-based Computer Associates International Inc last night announced that it had reached definitive agreement to buy Fort lee, New Jersey-based On-Line Software International Inc: Computer Associates will make a tender offer for all the approximately 5.7m shares of On-Line at $15.75 a share cash, and is conditional on a simple majority of acceptances; the deal values On-Line at about $90m.
