Creative Resources Inc of Westport, Connecticut has signed letters of intent to acquire two personal computer sale, service and training companies: the transactions will result in the issuance of approximately 9m shares of Creative’s common stock for 100% of the shares of a privately owned Long Island, New York-based company and approximately 80% of the shares of a publicly owned New York City-based company; the anonymous businesses are reported to have combined sales somewhere in the region of $13m.
