Hard on the heels of its $150m lawsuit against Seagate Technology Inc (CI No 1,761), Amstrad Plc is going after the supplier of drives for its PC2286 machine, Western Digital Corp, seeking at least $141m in damages over alleged defects in the the company’s WD384R Winchesters.
