AT&T Network Systems was expected to announce late yesterday an order worth $56m invoving the supply of some 1,000 microwave base stations for the German D2 digital cellular telephone system: Ericsson Radio Systems has won the balance of the Mannesmann Mobilfunk GmbH contract.
