Ameritech Inc and Motorola Inc are members of an international consortium that will bid for the first cellular telephone licence in Sao Paulo, Brazil: the Brazilian partners are Unibanco, a financial conglomerate, and Odebrecht, Brazil’s biggest industrial conglomerate.
