Redondo Beach, California-based multimedia networking company Lone Wolf Inc says it completed an equity financing deal with Paul Allen, co-founder of Microsoft Corp: Allen invested an undisclosed sum and will engineer co-operative research and development of Lone Wolf’s networking technologies and cross-licensing of related enhancements between his affiliated firms, including Asymetrix Inc and Interval Inc.
