Having decided that SD-Scicon Plc, where it still has just over 25%, does not measure up to its requirements, British Aerospace Plc is in discussions with Sema Group Plc on it taking 51% of a joint venture with the computer services group that would take in Sema’s Cap Scientific and Yard Systems units.
