One of the most noteworthy elements of the announcement is the new facility with which Apple Computer Inc Macintoshes can be integrated with the AS/400 – important because AS/400 users are far less typical IBM users than are those of any other of its major lines and equally, they are as likely to be Macintosh as MS-DOS or Windows users.
