BCE Inc’s Bell Canada Ltd, Toronto reports that its WorldLinx Telecommunications Inc subsidiary acquired the communications services division of Infonet/Computer Services Canada Ltd, enabling it to offer its business users seamless access to other businesses in 135 countries: Infonet’s communications division includes enterprise-defined network services, globally managed local and wide area network services, international messaging, global electronic mail management and billing and network management services; terms were not disclosed.
