Through interactive screens, the policymaker then must decide who will pay for health care, and how much. Each decision has an impact on the health care industry and the public. If you are not careful, you may see your hospital’s brick walls crumble before your very eyes. In the end, you win only if the government does not run out of money, the voters re-elect you and you remain true to your values. Developed by the non-profit Markle Foundation in collaboration with Maxis Inc, it goes on sale this month for $40.
