Wireless Vision, T-Mobile USA retail partner has acquired a privately-owned T-Mobile retail partner Core Wireless in Wisconsin and Minneapolis.
Core Wireless has operated 13 retail locations in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
The acquisition of Core Wireless aligns Wireless Vision’s growth strategy and with the acquisition of Core Wireless, Wireless Vision now operates 130 T-Mobile branded retail locations in ten states.
Wireless Vision LLC CEO Saber Ammori said Wireless Vision is committed to expand its retail distribution.
"With this acquisition, Wireless Vision is continuing its commitment to provide world-class customer service while strategically increasing our distribution," said Ammori.
T-Mobile USA National Dealer Programs vice-president Michael Sentowski said Wireless Vision is one of T-mobile’s top-performing branded partners and their acquisition of Core Wireless will help T-Mobile continue to increase customer growth and expand service in the Milwaukee and Minneapolis-St. Paul markets, while also offering great benefits to their employees.
