J.D.Edwards & Co, the Denver, Colorado enterprise resource planning software vendor has filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of 15.5 million shares of its common stock to be priced in the $15-$17 range. The company announced in July that it would make a public offering, but gave no further detail at that time. Managing the offer will be Morgan Stanley & Co, Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Inc and Robertson Stephens & Co. Digital Microwave Corp, the San Jose, California-based wireless telephony equipment maker, which offered a further 2.2 million of its ordinary shares for sale in March this year, will ask its shareholders to approve a two for one stock split at a special meeting in November. The stock is currently trading at around $40.
