The Taiwanese ADI Corp, a major supplier of computer monitors, is to set up its first non-Asian plant in the UK, creating up to 600 jobs, reports the Financial Times. It’s expected to locate the plant in Scotland. The firm has revenues of $1,000m, and makes half of its sales in Europe.
